REPTON SCHOOL WELCOMES TRIO OF NEW MUSIC TEACHERS
Repton School is delighted to announce the appointment of three new talented music teachers who will bring a wealth of experience, dedication, and inspiration to our Music Department. This addition to our team reflects Repton’s commitment to providing exceptional opportunities for pupils to develop their musical abilities, explore new areas, and achieve their full potential.
Gregor Vidovic - Piano
Gregor Vidovic joins us as our new piano teacher, bringing a depth of experience from his international career. Known for his vast performance portfolio across the globe, including notable performances in the Middle East, Gregor’s expertise will provide our musicians with invaluable insights into the art of piano performance. His knowledge of global musical traditions and his dedication to technique will enrich the experiences of our budding pianists.
Edward Robinson - Singing
Our new singing instructor, Edward Robinson, is both an excellent teacher and a talented performer. Edward will bring a structured and progressive approach to singing education at Repton, focusing on the importance of building a strong technical foundation. Pupils will benefit from his emphasis on technique and musicality, which will serve them well over time.
In addition to his teaching role, Edward will play a vital part in encouraging our most advanced vocalists to audition for the National Youth Choirs of Great Britain, an organisation he has been closely involved with. His insights as an alumnus of the system will provide invaluable support to those hoping to take their vocal skills to a national stage.
Hannah Bradbury - Singing
Hannah Bradbury, another remarkable singing teacher, will also be joining Repton School. A seasoned performer, Hannah has travelled the world as an opera and musical theatre artist, and her stage presence and experience are extraordinary. With her inspiring approach and rich performance background, she is set to be an invaluable mentor and motivator for our young singers, nurturing both their confidence and vocal artistry.
Repton’s Director of Music, Katie Staggs, shares her excitement about these new appointments: “We are thrilled to welcome Gregor, Edward, and Hannah to the Repton Music family. Their exceptional backgrounds and deep passion for music education will open up new possibilities for our pupils. At Repton, we aim to nurture talent at every level, and with such a fantastic team, I’m excited to see our musicians thrive and reach new musical heights.”
